    Hi,

Had issues getting my site to respond both in the Dashboard and front end when NOT logged in, and I found it sooooo slllllooooooow to respond to EVERY click this morning… so much so that I had tech support check to see if there was something wrong with the server.

    See screen print here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/34115698?key=7d803606f1ae2d50d76aeeaf81ee3824

Turns out the site is constantly waiting for Google Analytics to respond. And, it was suggested that I should do the following:
“You will need to adjust your site so links or resources to 3rd party servers load at the end (put your external links in the footer).”

I’ve also noticed this issue on two of my other sites that I’ve installed your SEO plugin on and they too have been slow to respond at times. Just not as annoyingly slow as my hobby site today.

Can you fix this issue, or should I simply disconnect having Google Analytics being looked at on ANY of my sites going forward?

    Thank you in advance,
    Trish

    Hello @trible,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please try disabling the Analytics module just to test if the slow-down issue will go away? You can do that under Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules.

To further resolve the issue, please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

After that, please check if this helps you with your current issue.

If the issue persists, please install the Query Monitor plugin on your site and check if there are any slow queries coming from our plugin, and share them with us so we can check this further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi @rankmathteam,

Thank you… I’ve done as you suggested and have disabled Google Analytics.

Also had hosting provider increase the following, per your suggestion:
    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

And, now the site loads a LOT faster.

    Thanks,
    Trish

    Hello @trible,

Since you have increased the PHP limits, please try enabling the Analytics module and see if it still works fine or not.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
