Export not working

Hi folks!

When I am trying to export my metaslider slides it shows just a single field with the title “load slideshows”. After I click the “Load” button a popup appears confirming “all slide shows are loaded”.

However after that nothing happens. No download or any different UI. What do I do next? How can I get my export file?
