Hello @logophilicmedickams
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please confirm that the changes you made in the design do not reflect on the website and that you believe that the issue is related to the W3 Total Cache?
Can you please temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache so we can determine if the issue is related to W3TC?
Also, Please share the website URL and also some screenshots of the problem.
you can upload the images to https://imgur.com/upload and share the URL here. Thanks!

I haven’t made any changes to my design yesterday and was only installing w3tc, so that’s why I’m asking. The changes are,
– There is a white gap in the right side throughout the website.
– The footer primary menu contents are underlined.
– The header cart and search icons are also underlined.
Ik these are small small changes but I would really appreciate it if you can help me.
I also wanted to mention that w3tc has really made my website fast and so I don’t want to give any negative comments. There are some design issues other than that it’s really great.
Thank you so much for your support sir. And I’ve deactivated w3tc for now.Hello @logophilicmedickams
Thank you for your feedback.
I’ve checked your website and I can see what you are referring to.
You mentioned that the W3TC is disabled are you still experiencing the same problem? If you are experiencing the same problem when the W3TC is disabled, it means that the issue is not related to the W3 Total Cache.
Have you purged the cache and also purged the Cloudflare Cache once W3TC was disabled?
Thanks!Yeah the problem seems to persist. No I haven’t purged cache. Can you please help me with that on how to do it? If I follow that will my problem be solved?
Thank you so much for your help!Hello @logophilicmedickams
Thank you for your feedback.
Please make sure to remove W3TC completely from your server:
Delete wp-content files and folders
– cache folder
– w3tc-config folder
– object-cache.php (if exists)
– advanced-cache.php (if exists)
– db.php (if exists)
– upgrade folder
– delete w3-total-cache folder in wp-content/plugins/ (if exists)If the issue continues to persist, this is not related to the W3 Total Cache as all the files are removed please note that W3TC does not change the theme files or have any impact on them unless minified.
I am not sure how you implemented Cloudflare, so you should make sure to either purge the Cloudflare cache via the plugin you are using for this or via the Cloudflare dashboard.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks!Thank you so much!
Hello @logophilicmedickams
You are most welcome.
Please let me know if you managed to resolve the problem with the solution provided in my previous reply so we can confirm if this is related to our plugin.
Thanks! After deactivating the plugin itself my design came back to normal. I’ll have to try again.
Hello @logophilicmedickams
Thank you for your feedback.
This is what I am seeing now that the plugin is disabled and it seems that the issue is still there:
Thanks! No it’s changed I checked it now. Thank you so much.
Hello @logophilicmedickams
Thank you for your feedback.
I would suggest ou re-install the W3 Total Cache, enable the settings one by one, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting you want to enable is checked, and see which one may be causing the problem.
Thanks! Will definitely check it out! Thank you so much!
