Tags stopped working

When I made the switch to version 3.0.1, my tags stopped working. If I hover over the link, it says how many posts use that tag; but when I click on the link, nothing. I get a page that says:
Not Found
Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.When I go to the “edit-tags” page on my Dashboard, if I click on the number of posts, it says there are no posts found.
