    Your plugin styles are overwriting global WordPress table styles: 

    .wp-list-table, .quotes-llama-inline, .quotes-llama-admin-form fieldset {
  display: inline-block;
  width: auto;
}

    you should remove

    .wp-list-table,

    from your CSS.
