    Hello all,

    I have the following requirement:

    We would like that after the confirmation mail is sent again a mail with a coupon code will be send.

    Step 1 – Customer signs up for the newsletter
    Step 2 – Customer receives a confirmation email and confirms the registration.
    Step 3 – Customer receives another email with a coupon code after his confirmation.

    Where can I set that after the first confirmation email another one is sent?

    Hello @fabee1020 ,

    You can set this up by creating a welcome email and including your coupon code in the email so that whenever a customer signs up and confirms their registration, that email is automatically sent.
