I work for a newspaper. We are trying to look at the online edition published to our website and the site reads saying there is a critical error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
That is what the error says but there was no email given. There are 3 people who have access to edit the website, 1 is on vacation, 1 is me, and the other is the person that puts the newspapers online. They were able to upload them fine but now no one can see them. I am new to WordPress can you please help?

@sagamorenewsmedia There are no “operators standing by”. Please do not post your phone number here! No one who calls is legitimate. I have removed the number from your post, but in the 1.5 hours since you posted it, it’s been public and indexed by Google.

Why did you post your question in this plugin’s forum? Is it plugin related?

From what I was reading it said that it could be a bad update that crashed it. I found where I would be able to open the website in safemode with all plugins disabled but when trying to connect it came up with the same error message as before?

    Hello @sagamorenewsmedia ,
    I hope you’re doing fine.

I understood that you’re having a Fatal Error on your site and am very sorry for any inconvenience. Please be informed that MetForm is Fully tested with several use cases but we aren’t able to detect any Fatal Errors due to the MetForm plugin.

Since you have posted in the MetForm Support Forum, can you please reconfirm again that the issue really belongs to the MetForm plugin? If it is, then requesting you to share the link to the Page where you have placed the MetForm plugin along with the System Information of your site. You’ll be able to find the System Info from Tools > Site Health > Info Tab.

If you are not comfortable sharing sensitive information publicly that is included in the System Information, then you can remove those and share the System Info. I will check everything properly and get back to you with an update ASAP!

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
