Required Field when Shown Not Required when Hidden

Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. Possible to share the form export so that we can further investigate by checking the existing settings to have a better idea of what might be causing it?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

Thank you for the form.

We can confirm there is an issue in the new group field, in case the visibility is applied to Group but there is a required field in that group it will prevent the submission, a temporary solution is applying the same visibility rule to that field, in your case, there is a mismatch of conditions as some are hiding if the group is yes and hiding checkbox in case it is “no”, you would need to use the same conditional or a different group since if 3 years is “No” it triggers the show in checkbox but not on group and will cause a conflict.
