Hi,
To enable the sidebar on single posts, go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Single Post Layout, on Default Post Layout choose “Right Sidebar” or “Left Sidebar” https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5un5plR
On Post Default Sidebar, select Sidebar 1 or Sidebar 2
Go to Appearance > Widgets, then add the Table of Contents block on the sidebar that you set as the Post Default Sidebar.
