    Hello,

In advance, my apologies for my mistakes in Englih.

I use Elementor Pro version 3.7.7 and Complianz version 6.3.4.

If the user don’t accept cookies, the Youtube PlaceHolder is not loaded.
I’ve a white space on my page, there is nothing displaying.
It’s necessary to accept cookies to load the video widget.

But, I’ve activate the YouTube placeHolder in complianz -> integrations -> services

In advance, thanks for your help.

    Hi @elo8617,

The video’s are blocked and the placeholder is added, but it looks like Elementor adds a class “.elementor-invisible” to the elements which causes them to become hidden. If I disable that CSS property in the browser, the placeholder appears as I would expect.

While I am not 100% sure of the reason why this invisible class is added, I see that there is an animation on this video. Could you try it without the animation added, to see if that resolves it?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
