Users Cannot Reset Password

    Hello there,

    After enabling your plugin on my website, my users can no longer reset their password.

    Whenever they click the link in their email, they get a “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” error.

    I am not entirely sure which part of the plugin is causing this, but we have hide login enabled among other things, and I disabled the firewall and the error was still occurring.

    I have read on other forums that changing the login URL using hide login can cause problems, but I don’t know how to resolve that for certain.

    On the security breakdown screen we have the following enabled:

    Change admin username
    Login lockdown
    Database prefix
    5G/6G blacklist
    Enable rename login page

    Hi,

    I can’t reproduce this issue.

    Are you sure it’s caused by this plugin?

    Can you temporarily disable this plugin and try a password reset yourself.

    Does it work?

    If it doesn’t then it’s not this plugin causing the issue and you can reactive the plugin.

    Yes, i disabled the plugin and then the reset worked.
