Development Work Required

Hi all,

I’m looking to purchase some development work for my website to help me automate customer journeys, something that plugins don’t quite help me with. My website is a WordPress WooCommerce store with bookable, simple and variable products.

Background: I own a studio which is split into 3 rooms with multiple services.
1. Music room for bands, musicians etc to rehearse.
2. DJ Studio where DJs can come and practice on the latest equipment as loud as they want.
3. Production Studio (LIVE:LAB Studio).

1 & 2 from the above can be booked through my website as WooCommerce bookable products.
Number 3 from the above is split into 4 more services.
(a). Remote Mixing Session – simple product.
(b). Mastering – simple product with variations.
(c). In House Mixing Session – bookable product.
(d). Production Session – bookable product.

For products (a) and (b) I need to have the customer journey developed as follows:-
1. add product (a) or (b) to their basket (not both together)
2. proceed to checkout
3. login/register
4. checkout
5. redirect to a product based portal page to upload their music files to my Dropbox (via WP Cloud Out of the Box plugin)
5. redirect to the ‘Thank You’ landing page after clicking a button upon completion of their file uploads.
6. ‘Thank you’ landing page auto redirects to home page after 5 seconds and automatically logs out customer.

CAVEAT – my current checkout page for all products auto redirects to the ‘thank you’ landing page upon completion of checkout. After 5 seconds the ‘Thank You’ landing page redirects to the home page. I need to maintain this action for all users regardless of product.

I have used a number of plugins to try and achieve this workflow, whilst they all have the functionality, they cause other issues when active alongside other critical plugins that I need on the site. so I think some development work to build the customer journeys is the best option.

Appreciate the help from anyone who can code the journeys, happy to receive quotes to do the work for me.
