How to setup thumbnail

    I an trying to setup thumbnail for about 2 hours, and my progress is still 0%. I tried through custom fields, everything as i googled and nothing, image is not shown. Image is uploaded to my site. Do i have to change any file or not ?

    I am using wordpress 3.0.1 and polished premium theme. Thx in advance. Sorry for my bad engilsh.
