Sorry to hear you’re having problems with the CF7 integration.
I just tested the latest version of CF7 and MailPoet and I can confirm this is working as expected.
From your screenshot, it seems the settings are correct. Could you please check if the MailPoet list whose ID is 3 is active (hasn’t been moved to the Trash)?
Also, can you let us know if the email address you’re using to test the form is a new one, never been subscribed before?
If you’re using an email address previously used, can you check if it could have been moved to Trash? You can check it by going to MailPoet > Subscribers > Trash tab.

I just tested subscribing through the contact form in the link you shared with us.
So far, I didn’t receive a confirmation email to confirm my subscription. Do you have the sign-up confirmation disabled?
Also, can you please confirm the sending method you’re using is working?

the confirmation method is active, if you try to subscribe to one of these links:

Or from the popup that appears on all pages, the registration confirmation is sent.
From the contact form the email has arrived (to the email specified on CF7), but I do not see your email subscribed to the newsletter
