Since this is a custom post type! At first you have to select taxonomies that you want to query for.
Then you can filter from that taxonomy options.

Thanks for the super quick response!
I’m afraid I didn’t made myself clear enough: I know I can query on custom taxonomies, but there is no way to display them in the post!
That would be in the second tab, “Elements”: it has only the standard post fields, no custom ones. I really need to be able to do this, as I have 2 custom post types, “Activities” and “Team members”, which have their own categories. These don’t appear in the display choices.
