    Hello @wecreatejt,

Can you try adding function ctkvidinit() as the URL to whitelist under Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > Whitelist a script, iFrame or plugin?

You should end up with a configuration as shown below:

Let me know if that does the trick for you.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @wecreatejt,

Could you try ‘ctkvidinit’ instead of ‘function ctkvidinit()’,

Please clear all cache as well.

    regards Aert

    Hi @wecreatejt,

Strange, I would’ve expected both of these whitelisted URL’s to work, as these work fine on our testing environments. We can’t seem to reproduce this behavior thus far.

There appears to be something with ‘function ctkvidinit()’ that collects scripts and fires them on a timeout. It is not yet known to us what it is exactly, or what fires it; perhaps you know where this function originates from, and why everything is delayed with jQuery?

As whitelisting the same script works on our end, I would recommend starting off by checking your caching/optimization settings:
    – Temporarily disable all caching plugins
    – Temporarily disable server-side caching, if applicable

If you had applied the above steps, but the behavior was not resolved as a result of doing so:
    – Temporarily disable all active plugins (and switch to a default WP theme such as one of the Twenty Twenty- themes), to check if the behavior still persists upon making these changes

Let us know if there are any further updates, perhaps you could attach a list of used plugins on your site as well; so we can check for the potential culprit?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
