3 problems, 2 may be related to navigation issue, the last probably a design fault:
    1. primary menu created via appearance>menus (only 1 menu). On desktop and tablet it appears correct, 3 headings in correct order. On mobile view there is an extra heading at the top of the menu -“entry confirmed”, this page was not included in the menu set up and should only be visible via a link after the entrant successfully completes registration & payment via forminator form.
    2. The entry form is in the home page and can be navigated to via a permalink to a separate page from the primary menu. When I’m logged in to the back end of the website the link to this page and the format seems ok. When I log out and go to the actual live page the form isn’t visible, only the heading and small footer. In mobile view the form is present and correct via the menu, but there’s a formatting error in the heading.
Navigation issues in a document in this folder, there are several different sources of this issue:
    navigator issues in google drive
    3. Appearance of forms different. The form on the homepage appears correct in all views – desktop/mobile/tablet. The form on the runners registration page doesn’t appear correctly in mobile view, the words “entry” and “form” overlap.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m afraid I’m a bit lost with the above query you have raised. Could we know how the issue is related to Forminator so that we could have a better idea regarding this?

I checked the website via Mobile mode but cannot find any issue with the form when compared with Desktop mode.

I couldn’t find the word “Form” on the registration page. Not sure if you have made any changes to it. Other than that, the form looks exactly like the one on the homepage.

However, the issues regarding #2 and #3 you have mentioned sound more related to cache. Could we know whether you tried to rule out the anomalies noticed weren’t due to cache? Does it make any difference if you clear the server-side cache?

Could you please check and advise if we are missing out anything specific regarding this?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

thanks for your feedback. Apologies re menu question, that’s for another forum.
In between writing the query and your answer, I removed the form from the page I was having difficulty with and reinstalled it into the page. Once I received your answer I also cleared the cache. It took some time for the change in format to come through on the live site.
    Problem resolved.
