I’m not sure what caused this to break, but suddenly my speaker deck embed will not show the proper resolution. The image is cropped and too large, and doesn’t resize to fit the window. It was working properly before, but now won’t work even on newly created pages.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @okitasan,

Thanks for using Neve and reaching out.

I have checked your site and the sound decker block looks perfect on my end i.e not broken. The images are of the same resolution as they are on the embedded link of Sound decker, you can view this screenshot.

For your reference, I have used the same link of sound decker on my testing instance and the image looks the same, check here.

If they look broken on your end then I would suggest you clear the cache of your browser and then try again. And you can try to view the site on other browsers(and devices) as well to check if it appears broken only at your end?

Thank you and have a good day!

    Hi Kush,
The issue occurs when the container width is reduced from its default. I reset it yesterday out of frustration after I made my post. I’ve set the container back to 865 now and the issue persists in multiple browsers in Private/Incognito mode. The issue also occurs on mobile regardless of the container size.

    Hey @okitasan,

Could you please share some screenshots or a screencast video(this will help more) where this issue can be seen? as for me the page is still the same.

    Thanks.

The first two images show how the speaker deck image seems like it fills the page but is “shuttered” on both sides, if that makes sense. Instead of the slides being sized down to maintain the aspect ratio, the container has cut off the right and left sides and the slide image is far too large. The last image shows it on mobile, where you can only see the middle portion of the slide.

    Hi @okitasan!

We were able to replicate this issue and we forwarded it to our developers to see what could be done about it.

Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi @okitasan,

The issue should now be fixed since Neve 3.4.4.

    Have a great day ahead!
