    Why are some user’s scores unknown when others who subscribed at the same time are given a score?

    Hey there @jamesbrucemcmath !

    The method for calculating the score you’re looking at is found here:

    That method depends on how many emails they’ve been sent, and then how many they’ve opened and interacted with.
