    Hi,

I browsed the FAQ for a solution but came up empty.

The error after trying to launch the installer on a new domain:
“[ERROR] This archive is not properly formatted and does not contain a dup-installer directory. Please make sure you are attempting to install the original archive and not one that has been reconstructed.”

Also, for some reason, the .zip file is/displays bigger when I drag it into my server files. It is 1.3GB in my local drive but displays as 2.07GB on my server.

I have successfully duplicated a database multiple times, but I haven’t come upon this error before. Have I missed something in the FAQ section or is this something new?

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the feedback! It sounds like you may have a corrupted archive file, if you can rebuild a new package that might be the quickest solution. There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.
