    My paid bookings automatically go to pending. is there a way so that they are confirmed when payment is taken. or is there a manual way of changing the booking status.

  • The status of a paid booking is marked as “Completed”. If this is “Pending” then the payment confirmation from the payment gateway was not received by EventPrime.

    The system will automatically generate a temporary booking with the Pending status when the user selects the seat and proceed to the checkout page.

    If the user does not completes the booking within the given time, or left the booking and goes to another page, or reloads the page then the pending booking will be canceled automatically after some time and the seat will be released for booking by other users.

    If the user completes the booking then the system will automatically mark the status as Completed.

    Currently, the booking status cannot be modified manually from the admin area.
