    I have been waitign for 5 days now to get my status promoted to approved, but it has not been done. Can someplease help me?

    Hi @jaspervanleuven,

    I see our team replied to you on October 3rd about your subscription’s status.

    As your website is not live yet, we can’t review your content to approve the plan and allow you to send all of your emails with the MailPoet Sending Service. Can you please reply back to us when your website is ready?

    Please note that you don’t need to have the plan approved to test our plugin.

    You can already use MailPoet to create lists, get subscribers, and send test emails to the Authorized email addresses with the MailPoet Sending Service.

    You can also send newsletters using your own host for now by temporarily changing the sending method to “Other” in the MailPoet > Settings > The Send With Tab.
