Please let us know whether you click on the Export button and the popup is not being opened for you or not.
Or, exactly the exporting feature doesn’t work for you.
If possible, please open the Console and, provide us with the screenshots of the errors (if there are any) so that our Development Team can check this case out.
Also, please let us know which version of the plugin you are currently using.
