I have noticed that a few pages the main image loads for a quick second and then goes away. I don’t know what can be causing this issues.

I have talked to theme developer as well who isn’t sure of this issue. I have tried searching on the support forum, tried a few small things nothing worked. Need urgent help on this, Please can anyone help?

    Hi @cullensama

First, I’d like to kindly ask you to enable FooGallery Debug Comments for us so that we can be able to effectively assist you with this.

To do so, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> Settings -> Advanced and click on the “Enable Debug” checkbox option as shown in the image linked here: https://prnt.sc/26jlt5a

Don’t forget to save changes. This will help us investigate this issue further. Once done, kindly let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis

    Hi @cullensama

On further investgiation, we have realised that something on your site – either a plugin or the theme – is removing the fg-thumb CSS class off our <a/> links and replacing it with links_to_image.

Without the fg-thumb CSS class the FooGallery Javascript can’t find the anchor and so the images cannot be loaded and an error message FooGallery Error: Invalid HTML markup. Check the item markup for additional elements or malformed HTML in the title or description is even printed out in the console because of this.

To find out the plugin or theme causing this, you will need to disable the other plugins apart from FooGallery and enable them one by one until you find out which plugin is casuing this. Here’s a guide on how to ssafely do this: https://fooplugins.com/documentation/general/general-troubleshooting/health-check-debug/

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.
