I know there are many issues with the same title.I tried some of the solutions already posted here. But none of them seem so solve my problem. With paypal debug mode turned on, I didn’t find any problem with paypal. There must be some issues related to forminator. Browser console shows no errors.

  • Hi @sajibsrs

I hope you are doing good today.

I tested your form on my lab site in sandbox mode of my PayPal account and all works fine, and I was redirected to your page called “/order-confirmation/” without any issue. Could you double-check your PayPal Authorization settings and review once again your:
Client IDs & Live Secret Key’s?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Thank you for your effort and feedback. So, you are saying you didn’t see any “Error! Something went wrong when verifying the payment” message with a spinning icon in front of it? And can you please confirm if issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-something-went-wrong-when-verifying-the-payment-8/#post-15281787 has been fixed?

Hi, I have tried everything changing theme, disabling all the plugins, clearing cache, changing browser, adding removing name (first name – first and last name) and email, Creating new sandbox, new user. Nothing worked for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Kris, I hope you are doing well. I think the problem with wrong/corrupted settings or data somewhere. Different installation on same server worked. We are moving everything to the new installation.

    Have a nice day.
