Mobile Usability issues with Litespeed guest mode
-
I am getting an error of ‘mobile usability’ when I turn Guest Mode and Guest Optimization in LiteSpeed Cache. If I turn these options off the Pagespeed score decrease to 20-24, but ‘mobile usability’ is solved. But as soon as I turn Guest Mode and Guest Optimization on the page is not mobile useable but Pagespeed score increases to 92-97.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This you should read:
https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2021/06/01/guest-mode-for-wordpress-in-lscwp-v4-0/I have already read this article. But my concern is ‘Pgespeed’ and ‘Page isn’t usable on mobile’. We can not ignore both. we can not choose one among them. I tried to make changes in CSS to improve the margin between lines, increase the font size and whatever the internet suggests doing I do but the error of ‘Page isn’t usable on mobile’ was not going. Finally, I switched off Litespeed and then on each option of Litespeed one by one. Then I found the error was in Guest Mode and Guest Optimization.
please provide the report number
you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

Taken from the link above:
WARNING: if you are using page speed tools to look for problems on your site that need to be addressed, do not enable Guest Optimization. This feature may “mask” some site issues. So, while the page speed tool is showing you impressive results, your actual human users may be experiencing problems you don’t know about. Guest Optimization is best used after you’ve solved any user experience issues your site might have.
You didn’t consider the warnings if also Guest Optimization is enabled:

Hello,
I was wanting to find if enabling GUEST MODE helps speeding website for ‘real users’ and I am still confused.
Also, I stumbled upon this page.
Can you @qtwrk please elaborate, how does this impact the website
please try go to page optm -> tuning -> UCSS URI Excludes , add
/into the list , purge all and purge UCSSI was wanting to find if enabling GUEST MODE helps speeding website for ‘real users’ and I am still confused.
Did you read the linked article from above? There you get the answer you asked for.
welcome everybody ..
I am facing exactly the same problem…Guest mode is a really cool feature.
However, when it is enabled, another problem appears in the Google Search Console reports, which is that mobile usability becomes bad, for example:- Clickable elements are too close together
- Content wider than the screen
The text is too small to read
I was hoping that our dear friend who asked the question would give us a clear answer as well, If he could actually solve the problem.
Disabling guest mode is not the solution in my estimation.
Because that would necessarily mean .. that the plug-in has become worthless, and there is no need to install it.
Is there another solution?
It can balance the two (site speed + mobile user experience)
Because both are important.I sincerely apologize if my comment was long

@habeebcom
The answer for this issue is simple. Each test site that checks whatever is incompatible with Guestmode, because such tests doesn’t immitate user browser completely, so whenever you want to check your site you must disable Guestmode.Read more about it.

Welcome ..
Thank you very much for your kind reply
I have read this entire article with comments .. before I ask you my question ..I will try to repeat the question in another way
Will a paid plugin subscription solve this problem?
Or is the problem in the template I’m using?
So,, should i have to contact the template support team..
Knowing that I use Jannah templateThank you again
Could you share the link to your page?
Thank you for your kind reply..
There is no problem on my website pages when viewed on mobile or desktop..
The problem is only with google reports.
Once you activate the guest mode in the plugin
Go to this Google site to run the mobile compatibility test
https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly
I’m getting a red flag saying this page isn’t mobile friendly
Once you deactivate the guest mode, run the test again for the same page
The green signal shows that the page is now in mobile-friendly mode.
I tried ignoring google messages and left guest mode active for 2 days..
What happened?
1 – The number of visitors has dropped dramatically, exceeding the 50% limit.
2- Mobile compatibility reports in Google Search Console are now showing in red.
And the number of pages that are not compatible with mobile has started to increase..
Which forced me to deactivate the plug-in completely.
I’m sticking with this plugin, because it’s really cool and easy to use..
So I am trying to find a solution to the incompatibility problem..
I get really frustrated when I think of leaving this really amazing ingredient out…because I can’t come up with a solution to this problem.
By the way ..
I searched in this forum .. and I read many questions and responses about this problem before I contacted you .. but I did not reach a solution ..
I also read a lot of important articles and documents in the support section
I apologize for the length again
Best Regards-

I apologize
I don’t know how my message went in this format..
It may have tried to tell me in a polite way that it was tall
Anyway, I hope it will suffice, that’s the most important thing. -
