BuddyPress Group Email Subscription

Hi,

I’ve installed “BuddyPress Group Email Subscription” but I have no idea what to do next. Nothing has appeared on the front end and I don’t really know much about HTML.

If you click here (http://www.studiopress.com/demo/lifestyle.html) I was trying to download the “Enews and Updates” plugin…I may have downloaded the wrong plugin?
