Some pictures disappearing

A few days ago, I noticed that in front of my site URL says” NOT SECURED”. I contacted IPAGE and asked them to fix it. My site shows as secure, however, the pictures on my categories have disappeared.
I got in touch with Feast Co. and they said it is not something they can fix. IPAGE was not able to fix it also, but they could tell me that there is a conflict between securing the site and linking to some pictures.

This issue is on my main page and is very embarrassing for my audience to see it.
Please assist me!
