Content removed

    Hi Guys

    Am running wordpress 3.0 and was hosting a blog with several pages and posts on it, until all of the content disappeared.

    You can see what I mean here http://www.theibguide.com

    All of my pages have gone, replaced with “Not Found.Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

    I can post new content, but have lost all of my existing content.

    Any clues as to how can I solve this?

    are your page in your database?
    if they aren’t, you can try a ROLLBACK [I don’t think it will work, but you can test] but …
    backup your db before ! you can lose some new data.
