Read/Unread issue

    Hi,

    I have issue with read/unread entries.

    Case : After entries read, sometime it will be unread automatically. I dont know why.

    Is there log for whom users do read/unread?

    I connect it to NinjaTable.

    Fluent form Version 4.3.12
    Wordpress 6.0.2

    Hi @bob19,

    If you open an entry from the Form’s entries page then it will be marked as read. Also, a read entry doesn’t automatically get marked as unread. I guess there might be a caching issue on your site that is causing this issue. If you are using any caching plugins then I would suggest you to deactivate that temporarily and then test again.

    Can i get logs who do read / unread?

    Hello @bob19,

    There isn’t any logs for read/unread. If you have other editors or admin on your site then possibilities are those users might view the entry of the Form and thus the entry will be marked as read. Also, it is possible to change the read to unread manually.
