popup builder plugin is one of the plugins that has crashed my wordpress. What you are asking me to retrieve, the system information, REQUIRES going into popup builder in my menu, which I cannot do because it is deactivated due to it crashing wordpress.

I had notifications of available plugins to install, and I installed them.

I do not have an list or record of what got installed and when.

I provided all the information I have in the opening post to this thread.

    Dear @gguldens ,

    Thanks for the clarifications.

Kindly ask you to follow the steps below:

    1. Please delete all the codes which include “sgpb-license” text from wp_options table database. Please keep in mind that wp_options table database has more than one page. Make sure to check all the pages.

    2. Please delete all the codes which include “sgpbPopupBuilderRegisteredPlugins” text from wp_options table database as well. Make sure to check all the pages.

Make sure you have the latest core/free plugin installed. It should be Version 4.1.13 .

Before going through the above-mentioned steps, we would kindly ask you to delete all the Popup Builder plugins including the free/core one from your WP.
Afterward, please follow the above-mentioned steps.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Popup Builder Team
