HTML not parsed on quizzes

    HTML tags are rendered with the <tag> </tag> showing along with the text as shown in the image below.

    I have disabled all plugins except the Sensei LMS plugin and I’m using Storefront theme without any customisation.

    I also disabled all third-party services, but the issue has persisted.
    If y = 23<sub>five</sub> + 101<sub>three</sub>, find y leaving your answer in base two.

    Kindly help check

    I am using the latest version of Sensei 4.6.3 and the latest version of Storefront 4.1.3
