Is there any update to this issue? We believe new updates have been released and this has not been addressed. Your plug-in conflict is limiting the information we can send to clients at time of dispatch.
Any content added to BODY TEXT is not being populated in the Competed Order email. The email is instead showing some random default text. See screenshot below:

Body Text seems to work for all other email templates. Only the Order Complete/Shipped email is throwing this issue.

That’s what was said five months ago.
As noted, you are hindering our capability to send CRITICAL information to clients at time of shipping. We are following up after patiently waiting for 5 months and hoped for better response than the above.

@sspools, I checked the AST customizer and it accept the HTML format.

Thanks for looking into this deeper for us. We do not have an AST customiser – or at least I don’t now how to access it. The screenshot I sent you before are from another plug in we use to custom all our emails.
Do I need to use another specific plug in for shipping emails? We have AST plug in. But I did not realise there was an AST email customiser. please can you explain to be a bit as such brief emails will only increase our back and forth.

Hi @sspools,
Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings and open the Fulfillment WorkFlow panel and click on the settings icon and go to the Email Content section inside the customizer and select the completed order status email and change the Email Content.
