custom template email settings stripped

    hi there,
    i just created a custom template for an upcoming events list in which i entered an email link together with preset subject and message:

    <a href = "mailto:abc@example.com?subject = Feedback&body = Message">
Send Feedback
</a>

    the email link works but subject and message body don’t show in the email. how can this be resolved?

    If the spaces in your HTML are also present in the template, than those are breaking the link. Parameters in a link should have spaces, e.g. subject=Feedback, not subject = Feedback.
