    Hi there,

    First things first, does anyone know if this plugin is still active / updated? Because we have purchased the pro version in July 2022 based on the good feedbacks but since then all our attempts to get in touch with their customer support failed + now the plugin is not even available on WP anymore.

    We opened x3 tickets on the official website without never receiving a single answer for more than 1 month, which is very disappointing.

    Second thing: we can’t deleted IP from the locked out tab. When clicking on the “remove” link, there is an error saying “Request failed. An invalid IP address has specified.”. and the IP stays there. Has anyone faced the same issue or has a fix?

    OK found a way to delete locked out IP by using the using “delete cerber blocks” table from Tools > Diagnostic > Database Info > Table cerber_acl > delete all rows”

    Now let’s see what happens when another IP is locked out, if we can individually delete IP from the Lockout Tab or if we have to entirely delete the table.

    Btw, if anyone from WP Cerber reads this and if your plugin is still active, you guys should really consider hiring someone for support because even if your plugin is good, the customer service is a terrible experience.
