Subscribe to single categories

    Hi,

    I would like to create “different” calendars by linking to category-filtered calendar views. To stick with your example, I would create one event calendar for events in the “Outdoors” category, and then another calendar for events in the “Indoors” category.

    What happens if I subscribe to the calendar for events is the Outdoors category? Will only events form Outdoors be added to my calendar or both categories, Outdoors and Indoors?

    Is there a way to subscribe to individual categories?

    Hi Kat,

    You can do exactly this, basically you will want to link to a page that has an appended URL with the category: yoursite.com/events/category/outdoors or something similar. You can actually add theses pages to the WordPress menu.

    Then if you go to the subscribe link from that page, it should pull only events from that page, and thus that category.
