Hi @berrykenan – you might like to try using these blocks to achieve that effect:

– heading block
– paragraph block
– list block

After you’ve added your content, Group your blocks and then add a border and background colour on the group.

For the icon at the top left, you can upload your icon to your Media Library and then use some custom CSS to display it.
