Rename existing images name with same “keyword” in WordPress Php

Hello can you please help me i want to add prefix to existing images in wordpress media e.g if the image name is “first.jpg” i want to change it to keyword_first.jpg also the name should change in Database and also image in image url.
simple is that i want to add same prefix “keyword” to all images name
is it possible? Thanks
