Exclude certain words from being translated in strings

    Hello,

    Is there a way to translate a word (only) if it’s in a string? For example The German translation is translating certain words wrong such as “harness” into “geschirr”. I have hundreds of products with long strings including the word “geschirr” in the descriptions. How can I translate these in bulk? so that it can show as “harness” instead of “geschirr”?

    I cannot do this in translation editor mode as I have thousands of product pages that need to be fixed.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    A solution would be to separate this word in the string using the <span></span> tags. This need to be done in the back-end, where you insert these strings, so it requires again, manually touches for each string in particular. Unfortunately, this is the only solution we have regarding this.
