• Subject: [Welcome to Educational Services Site.] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Google Forms.

First, visit your website (http://www.site.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://www.site.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=/wp-admin/&GD_COMMAND=SSO_LOGIN&SSO_HASH=9268424d-6300-445b-ac91-5e0ac201adb83&nocache=1) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.0.2
Active theme: Education Hub (version 2.7)
Current plugin: Google Forms (version 0.95)
    PHP version 8.0.20

  • You need to disable the Google Forms plugin, which is responsible for the error.
As you mentioned you have Filezilla installed, navigate to www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/ and then rename the Google Forms plugin directory to something like {folder-name}.hold. That should give you access to the site again. Then, post a support request in the plugin support forum, noting that error message.

The plugin “Google Form” hasn’t been updated in a long time, and is broken now. This plugin seems abandoned.

You need to remove it from your site and install another forms plugin.

If you’re unable to access your site’s dashboard, use FTP or your host’s web-based File Manager to access your site’s files and delete the folder wpgform located inside wp-content/plugins/.

If you can’t connect via FTP or use your File Manager, please contact your hosting provider for help. They are the only ones who can help you with this.
