can't edit posts or html

I have 2 wordpress blogs on one hosting account and I found out one of the blogs had malware on it. The hosting account said they removed it and they changed my password. Now I have tabs in the edit mode that are not working.
On my list of post page when I click edit the page shows up with faint red lines in the edit box on one blog. Also the HTML tab does not work on either of the blogs.

These were working fine prior to the malware discovery.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and this did not rectify the problem.
