    Hi WP Community,

after a restored backup my wordpress is back up and running.

But when i want to do plugin or theme updates:
    WordPress can’t create directory

I already checked the file permissions and everything looks ok to me:

    ### wp-filesystem ###
    wordpress: writable
    wp-content: writable
    uploads: writable
    plugins: writable
    themes: writable
    mu-plugins: writable

I suppose the problem is with the owner of the data? I think the current owner is the FTP user, but wordpress needs the www-data as an owner? How can I set that up? Or am I on the wrong way?

BTW: The hosting is on ionos webspace

    solved:
Ionos showed: 53.31 GB of unlimited disk in usage. But this was only marketing. In fact their internal disc was limited to 50GB’s.
