Hi @aezazshekh, appreciate you providing more information here. It seems like there’s no callback within the URL passed for the JS config. This could either be server or PHP incompatibility.
That’s a good question. We only support 7.4, could you try downgrading to PHP7.4 and see if that makes a difference? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/php-8-support/
Let me know how it goes.

Hello @abzlevelup
When we use this 5.4.0 version plugin we are not getting any error in console.
We are getting this error in console only after using this 5.16.4 version plugin.

What could be the reason for getting this error after updating plugin?
Thanks
Hi @aezazshekh, that’s definitely weird. A couple of things here, could you provide me a direct URL to your website for me to investigate further?
I also suspect that this could be caching, would be good if you could clear third-party and server-side caching if you have any.
Looking forward to helping you out with this one.
Best,
Abz
Hello @abzlevelup
This is a link to the event page of the site
https://scottbintz-vip.md-staging.com/events/
And we have already cleared server-side site cache.
Thanks
Hi @aezazshekh, thanks for providing the direct URL to your website here. It seems like you are using our Legacy views which we do not provide support for anymore due to bugs like these that are complicated for us to track down and fix.
https://evnt.is/v1-removal
Please take a look at the article above about why we are no longer supporting that version of our codebase.
Could you follow this article here to upgrade to the latest views: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/prepare-your-site-for-the-removal-of-v1-legacy-views/.
As to be safe, please do keep a working backup of your site and we recommend doing this on a staging site.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Abz
