    Hi there!
    I’m actually buildung a WordPress theme and for this reason I need to modify the WordPress category view in the backend – in such a way, that the categories table displays the assigned colors and the edit category view offers an option to edit the color.
    Whats the best way to achieve this? Modify the categories table in the DB and insert a color column? Or store the colors in my theme options? And which filters to use to modify the categories views? Are there any filters? I didn’t find anything yet.
