The plugin “Captcha Bank” is to blame for the message. It is over a year old and probably not compatible with the PHP version you are using.
You therefore have 2 options:
a) Change the PHP version in your hosting to 7.4. Your hosting support can help you with this if necessary.
b) Deactivate the problematic plugin. There are instructions here on how to deactivate all plugins without accessing WP-Admin: https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus – you only need to remove the “captcha-bank” directory.

J’ai supprimer le fichier lws wp-content/plugin “Captcha Bank” maintenant en haut de mon tableau de bord j’ai “Warning: Constant WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT already defined in /htdocs/wp-config.php on line 97”

En fait j’ai le droit qu’à une seule base de données dans le forfait perso et quand j’ai voulu changer de thème (ocean wp) les extensions elementor+Addon Elements+Essential Addons for Elementor+Ocean Extra ne se sont pas chargées.

Ou est-ce mieux de tout supprimer de ma base de données pour la récupérer et de repartir à zéro ?!

The cause for most of the errors that are now displayed seems to be the “essential-addons-for-elementor-lite” plugin. If you could also delete this via FTP, the errors could be eliminated. It is just a guess.
