SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server

    Our customer confirmation emails are not going out and when I try to send a test email this is what I am getting:

    SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    My hosting provider is hosting.cl

    I’m using the correct settings in our plugin. From the cpanel it works correctly for me sending emails

    The version of WP is 5.8 and that of the easy smtp plugin 1.4.7, according to the documentation are compatible
