Issues with categories

Hello all, hopefully someone can help with this. I am using this theme: http://www.chris-wallace.com/2009/06/22/gallery-1-2-released/ The issue I am having is that if I create and make posts in more than 6 sub categories the extra sub categories do no show and on top of that the other Parent categories disappear. My website is http://www.whitemoongraphics.com I imagine this can be changed somewhere in the code but I have no idea where. Any help would be appreaciated.
