More Specific Organization Type options

I have a client that is a clinic, and we would like to specify their organization as such.

The only options available in the Settings > Global > Knowledge Graph > Organization Type are: Airline, Consortium, Corporation, EducationalOrganization, GovernmentOrganization, LibrarySystem, MeidcalOrganization, NewsMediaOrganization, NGO, PerformingGroup, SportsOrganization, WorkersUnion.

For now, we’re using MedicalOrganization

But I’d like to use MedicalClinc, as offered as a “more specific type” at the bottom of the MedicalOrganization page seen here: https://schema.org/MedicalOrganization

Can this be done easily with the plugin? Is it going to require custom JSON code? Will custom code that contradicts what is available on the settings page cause a problem?
