    I want a minimum of 150 characters to be written in the description.

    There’s no way to do this without changing core files. So,you’ll need to use custom code, which is outside our scope of support, I’m afraid.

    If you need assistance, you may want to look into a 3rd-party developer.

    Alternately, `the third-party Field Editor plugin may allow you to add custom validations (relatively) easily:
