    Hello

I created several forms using the forminator form and set it to send email notifications to me if someone fills it out. However, I am not receiving emails when someone submits a form. How can I fix this issue?

    Thank you

    Hi @sahr

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

I understand that you have already checked and confirmed that those notifications aren’t going into spam folder, right?

If they aren’t, then usually the issue is related to some limitations on mail processing settings server-side. If you aren’t using it yet, please try setting your site to use SMPT for e-mail delivery.

It can be done using one of free plugins such as for example Easy WP SMTP, WP SMTP or our own Branda.

In most cases this solves notification delivery issues right away. Give it a go, please, and let us know if it worked for you.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Thank you, I have added the Easy WP SMTP plug in to my site. I want to submit a test submission of one of my forms to see if I get an email notification, is that possible?

    Hi @sahr,

You can try a dummy submit using your email ID to check if the notification emails are working.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello @sahr ,

We haven’t heard from you for several days now, so it looks like you don’t need our assistance anymore.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
